All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Each item is carefully inspected, condition-verified, and securely packaged prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

AXIS4142 ships throughout the United States and aims to deliver all orders within five (5) business days from shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers selected based on speed, reliability, and package security:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

  • UPS Ground (1–5 business days)

  • FedEx Ground (2–5 business days)

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination and package weight.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times typically range from 1–3 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AXIS4142 is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may assist with a carrier claim.

Due to the nature of our inventory — which includes previously owned, never worn, and gently worn luxury footwear — ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

AXIS4142 does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

This policy applies to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size discrepancies

  • Wear expectations

  • Shipping delays

  • Gift purchases

NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not offer:

  • Store credit
